The Warner Robins Housing Authority has 426 units of public housing in the City of Warner Robins and 40 units under the Houston County Housing Authority.

On August 15, 2016, The City of Warner Robins and Houston County Housing Authorities closed the waiting list for accepting applications for all bedroom sizes at the following locations; Kathleen Bynum, Jimmy Rosenberg, Mary B Terry, Herman Watson, Cam Campbell & TJ Calhoun Homes. Telecommunication Device for the Deaf (TDD) is 1-800-545-1833 Ext. 407. In compliance with the Fair Housing Amendment Act of 1988.

July 20th, 2016

The Warner Robins Housing Authority held the Hawaiian Luau Celebration on Friday, July 15, 2016 at the International Towne Center on Osigian Blvd. The event was a success and a great time was had by all. As a part of this event a raffle was held for a 2010 Ford Ranger. Congratulations to the winner of the raffle, Charles Archie, and thank you to all who participated. Thanks to all who sponsored or supported this event and we look forward to see you at the Back2 School Bash this Friday.

On Friday, July 22, 2016 from 9AM to 2PM at the McConnell Talbert Stadium parking lot, the Warner Robins Housing Authority will hold its 7th Annual Community –Wide Back 2 School Bash. There will bookbag filled with school supplies, haircuts, hotdogs and bouncy toys for the children. ALL FREE

2015 Annual and Five Year Plan

January 29th, 2015

The Warner Robins and Houston County Housing Authorities set out a copy of their 2015 Annual and Five Year Plan for Public review and comment on January 28, 2015. The review and comment period will be for the next forty-five days. You may review them at all of the Authorities Offices, the City Clerks’ Office, the HODAC Office, the Nola Brantley Memorial Library and the Houston County Public Library.
