The Warner Robins Housing Authority has 426 units of public housing in the City of Warner Robins and 40 units under the Houston County Housing Authority.

The Warner Robins and Houston County Housing Authorities set out a copy of their 2015 Annual and Five Year Plan for Public review and comment on January 28, 2015. The review and comment period will be for the next forty-five days. You may review them at all of the Authorities Offices, the City Clerks’ Office, the HODAC Office, the Nola Brantley Memorial Library and the Houston County Public Library. They will be collected on March 16, 2015. You may also review them here on our website. Thank you for your interest in the Warner Robins and Houston County Housing Authorities.

The Warner Robins Housing Authority (WRHA) is currently accepting sealed bids for the Maintenance Office / Shop Building.

The minimum bid of $10,000.00 must be submitted WRHA’s Central Office.

FOR SALE - Used Bricks

The Warner Robins Housing Authority (WRHA) will be razing 38 buildings. The bricks from these buildings are very in good condition and we have multiple colors. The price of the bricks is fifteen cents (.15), per brick or fifteen dollars per 100 bricks.
