The Warner Robins Housing Authority has 426 units of public housing in the City of Warner Robins and 40 units under the Houston County Housing Authority.

January 20th, 2016

The Warner Robins Transit successfully started transporting passengers before Christmas and now we have two separate routes. We currently have five drivers and are still taking applications. Please find with this update the new routes schedules. The website for the Warner Robins Transit is being developed and we anticipate it will be up and running in the next three weeks. You can continue to get updates at this website until then. The information call number is having an extension added that will be dedicated to Warner Robins Transit information and this is also being developed. The bus route schedules are being updated on January 19, 2016 to better serve our riders. Bus Driver Applications

December 11th, 2015

The Warner Robins Housing Authority will be taking applications for part-time bus drivers on Monday, December 14, 2015. To complete an application, come to the Central Office located at 112 Memorial Terrace between 10:00AM and noon. You must bring your drivers license.


November 19th, 2015

The Warner Robins Housing Authority is proud to announce that the Agency is bringing Public Transportation to Warner Robins. The buses are scheduled to arrive in early December.

The routes and fares will be posted to this website once the buses arrive.

In addition, this will also bring three positions for Bus Drivers to Warner Robins. If you are interested in a Bus Driver position please contact Sharon Rogers at or Oscar Mason at (478) 714-1164. We look forward to seeing you on the W.R.T. (Warner Robins Transit).

2016 Requests for Proposals

Requests for proposals for 2016 services - including Apartment Cleaning, Apartment Painting, Electrician Services, HVAC Services, Lawn Care, Office Cleaning, Pest Control, Plumbing Services and Termite Control - have been posted on our Bids page.

Bids are due by Tuesday, December 1, 2015.

The Warner Robins & Houston County Housing Authorities closed their Public Housing Waiting Lists. The Waiting Lists closed on August 27, 2015, at 10:00 AM.

2015 Annual and Five Year Plan

January 29th, 2015

The Warner Robins and Houston County Housing Authorities set out a copy of their 2015 Annual and Five Year Plan for Public review and comment on January 28, 2015. The review and comment period will be for the next forty-five days. You may review them at all of the Authorities Offices, the City Clerks’ Office, the HODAC Office, the Nola Brantley Memorial Library and the Houston County Public Library.
